BehaviorDraft

Terms of Service

Draft — pending attorney review before public launch.

1. What BehaviorDraft is

BehaviorDraft is a drafting tool. It uses AI to generate first-draft IEP goals based on information you provide. Every draft is a starting point for a qualified professional to review, edit, and finalize — it is not a compliance, legal, or diagnostic tool, and it does not replace your professional judgment or your school/district's official IEP process.

2. Who can use this

BehaviorDraft is intended for use by special education professionals, BCBAs, related service providers, and other qualified practitioners. You are responsible for ensuring your use of any generated draft complies with your state's special education laws, your district's policies, and IDEA requirements.

3. Your responsibilities

You are responsible for reviewing, editing, and approving any AI-generated draft before it is used in any official document, IEP meeting, or student record. You will not enter a student's full legal name or other directly identifying information into the intake forms. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

4. Subscription and billing

BehaviorDraft is billed monthly via Stripe. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.

5. No warranty on AI-generated content

AI-generated drafts may contain errors, omissions, or content that does not meet legal or clinical standards. BehaviorDraft makes no guarantee that any draft is compliant with IDEA, state law, or your district's requirements. You assume full responsibility for reviewing and finalizing all content before use.

6. Limitation of liability

To be finalized with attorney review.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for violation of these terms, including misuse of the platform to generate content unrelated to its intended educational/clinical purpose.

8. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
