BehaviorDraft

Privacy Policy

Draft — pending attorney review before public launch.

1. What information we collect

Account information: your email and payment information (processed by Stripe — we do not store full payment card details).
Student information you enter: initials, grade level, target skill area, and descriptive performance-level text that you provide. We do not require or ask for a student's full legal name, date of birth, or other directly identifying information, and we ask that you not enter it.
Usage data: basic analytics on how the product is used, not tied to specific student content.

2. How we use information

Student intake data is sent to our AI provider (Anthropic's Claude API) solely to generate the requested draft. It is not used to train AI models, and is not shared with any other third party for marketing or advertising purposes.

3. Data retention

Draft content and student profiles are retained as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time from your billing settings, or by contacting support.

4. Data security

Data is encrypted in transit and at rest.

5. Children's data

BehaviorDraft is used by adult professionals — it is not directed at or intended for use by children. The limited student information entered is provided by the adult professional, not collected directly from a child.

6. Your rights

You may access, correct, or delete the student profiles and drafts associated with your account at any time through your dashboard, or by contacting support.
